In face of pressing climate and environmental changes, resources that humans need to survive and flourish, including food, water and other services provided natural ecosystems, are under unprecedented threats. The Mini-Symposium on Global Food, Water and Environmental Sustainability brings together CUHK and University of Exeter (Exeter) scholars to share their research findings and insights on how these resources can be better managed to ENSURE economic, social and environmental sustainability. |
