Introduction

The Diversity and Inclusion Office (DIO) and Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Office (SRSDO) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) jointly organise the "CUHK Sustainability and Social Inclusion Programme for School Students: Design Thinking Summer 2021".

Through training, ideation, and implementation of practical solutions, the programme introduces the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and social inclusion issues to secondary school students and develops the students’ communication, leadership, event planning and organising skills. Participating students will be able to broaden their horizons and realise their responsibilities as global citizens. They will also inspire the public to take collective actions to build a sustainable and inclusive community.
